How to Start a Return

If you would like to return an item to Fittr Creatine, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery of your item to request a return. To initiate this process, you may email us at support@fittrcreatine.com. We do not process return requests by social media message, phone call or voicemail. Once your request is received, our team will email you the returns address. As soon as your package has been received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be initiated. Refunds are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days, although depending on your payment method, it may take up to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Using the Correct Return Label

It is very important that you keep your proof of postage. Any product sent to an improper address without contacting us first will not be eligible for refund or reshipment. Returned product must be unopened, sealed, and in its original packaging for refunds to be issued. If you have not contacted us within 30 days of delivery to initiate your return, your item will not be refunded. Fittr Creatine is not responsible for duplicate orders that were placed online by the customer.

Undeliverable or Refused Packages

If a shipment is returned to us as undeliverable, you may either request a full refund for the products ordered or we can reship the order to you at no additional cost. This does not apply to refused packages. We ask that rather than refusing delivery, you accept the package and contact us immediately so we can process the return appropriately. If you refuse delivery due to visible damage to the packaging, you will not be charged for the return and, once the package is received back, we can either issue a full refund or reship your order at no cost. If you discover a defect with your order (like a punctured pouch, broken seal, or other damage), let us know within 48 hours of delivery and include a quick photo so we can confirm. We’ll cover return shipping if needed, and depending on the situation, we’ll send a replacement or process a refund right away.. Please note that refused shipments have been known to get lost in transit and may not return to our warehouse. If a refused package is not received by us, we are unable to issue a refund. Using the return label generated by our customer service team is the only way to guarantee your return is received.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of both the pouch and the outer packaging. Claims made outside of this window or without photo evidence will not be accepted. When reported within the proper timeframe, we will make it right immediately with either a replacement or a refund. Orders ship to the exact address entered at checkout. If the address was entered incorrectly, Fittr Creatine isn’t responsible for the delivery. Once a package is in transit, we’re unable to make any address changes.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable. Opened products, sale items, and gift cards cannot be refunded under any circumstances. Exchanges, however, are possible within the 30-day window if you would like to swap your pouch for a different flavor. Exchanges are free, subject to availability, although if the replacement item is of higher value, you will be asked to cover the price difference.

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued only once a return has been received and inspected. Approved refunds will be processed to the same payment method used for the purchase within 10 business days. Processing times vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

Please note: A flat $5 shipping and handling fee will be deducted from your refund amount to cover the cost of the shipping, unless the return is due to a damaged, defective order reported within the 48-hour window outlined above.

If 15 business days have passed since approval and you still have not received your refund, please contact us so we may follow up. For security reasons, refund requests must be submitted from the original purchaser’s email address. Requests from other sources will not be processed.



Order Cancellations & Subscriptions

Orders cannot be canceled once they are placed. Our fulfillment system begins processing immediately and cannot be interrupted. Subscription orders are fully self-service. Customers must manage, pause, skip, or cancel their subscriptions directly through their account portal, as we do not manually cancel subscriptions on behalf of customers.

We believe strongly in the value of FITTR Creatine and want you to be fully satisfied with your first subscription order. If you don’t absolutely love it for any reason, we’ll give you a full refund for one opened (1) pouch of gummies - whether you chose Strawberry or even our Mystery Upcoming Flavor - on your very first subscription order only.

If your first subscription order included two (2) pouches, the maximum refund you can receive is for one (1) pouch. If your first subscription order included three (3) or more pouches, the maximum refund you can receive under the FITTR Free Guarantee is two (2) pouches total, whether opened or unopened.

Please note: even if your first order contained more than three (3) pouches, no more than two (2) pouches total are eligible for refund under this guarantee. Opened products are only eligible for refund on your very first subscription order and not on future renewals.

A few things to keep in mind: You must notify us within 30 days of the date of your delivery or we will not be able to accept your refund request. No exceptions. The FITTR Free Guarantee applies only to your very first subscription order and not to one-time purchases. Simply follow the return steps outlined in Section 1 above to request your shipping label and refund.
